if you use an Apple computer haven't upgraded to MacOS 14 yet, one of the first things you'll want to do when you do is turn off video reactions, as it simply doesn't work, and spams your videocalls eratically with thumbs up overlays when you haven't done anything apart from move your hands. open photobooth and click the green camera at the top, and unselect reactions — that's the only way I believe you can. if you are Italian this will be urgent.
