Otherwise I could see two other different scenarios:
- one in which we have specialized git nostr relays where users will push commits, while private git servers will pull commits from the relays in order to merge and do the usual git stuff (so they don't need to become publicly accessible). Then the same private git server will publish the changes to the relays so that users can see. This is just so that the owner of the particular project also control the data.
- and another one in which those git nostr relays are the actual git servers (which is probably the same as having the git server public and with the nostr login feature, but at least it is better integrated with the nostr ecosystem? I don't know).

In either case, git relays will be usable by paying with Zaps, of course.
