There's not much point in winning power if you don't do anything meaningful with it.

2) Raising capital gains tax to match income tax.
3) Axing unnecessary projects like the Stonehenge road scheme.
Labour clearly don't want to scare the Tory horses so they stampede and break the Ming vase, but what if the vase is a fake? Or just a vessel for Starmer's ambition?
