Why was the ceiling dripping water?

Well, because it was wet.

There have been a lot of bad storms recently. Could have been from the storms, right?

Except yesterday was mostly clear!

And there's no evidence of water in the apartment above the store.

So ... ?

Maybe it's the roof leaking in to the wall and then ... ? Why is it pooling in this particular location? It doesn't make sense.
