Too bad creating a notification with `new Notification('beep boop')` just silently does nothing on iOS safari (in a home screen PWA).

(I know about the "wait and check if `onshow` gets triggere"d, but jeez. On desktop that makes a notification briefly flash up, and just feels wrong)
