Consider this a recommendation *against* using the Amazon credit card in Canada. It's operated by MBNA, a subsidiary of TD Bank. It requires two-factor every time you log in, even 5 minutes later. It requires an extra click every time ("call or text?"). The field to enter the code disables paste. Usually 1st attempt fails with "Authentication error". 2nd attempt succeeds but requires a second two-factor cycle. (I know the paste thing is easily defeated.) I think I'll just get a different card
