Deleting over 800,000 objects from Object Storage from an experiment server because I didn't know Mastodon admins were supposed to regularly run `tootctl` cleanup tasks on a regular recurring basis.
Apparently, the "media retention" setting in the UI does *nothing* in certain edge cases? And Object Storage just vacuums up whatever media hits your server, regardless of whether it's local media or not?
What a pain in the ass!
