The problem I am having with this, is that countries are portrayed as victims, when, in fact, everyone knew (or could have known) what should be done 40-50 years ago. Plenty of time to change slow and comfortable, we just refused to act. So now you're saying we should take it slowly? I think that ship has sailed. A train does not wait for passengers who are to slow, they'll just have to run. So let's crash, burn and rebuilt.
