I've heard a few folks say I might fall behind if I don't integrate LLMs into my intellectual work.

I've been looking for an analogy. People said the same thing about microwork services for document prep, research, etc. Looking back, I don't think I lost anything by doing my own thinking and paying professionals reasonable rates when I needed help. I may even have saved a bit of time in task definition and quality control.
