microsoft always astonishes me. it's allegedly an IT company. i renewed my Excel subscription yesterday, after i let it expire. today they write me — twice, same e-mail — "Your Microsoft 365 subscription has expired" asking me to renew.
it was queued yesterday or whatever. information technology.
