Evil neighbour has been upping the ante on his bad behaviour again this week. Screaming abuse in the middle of the night, thumping the corrugated tin fence he has erected between our properties, and generally carrying on. Police have refused to act in the past, telling us “it’s a neighbourhood dispute.” We don’t need this stress. Looks like we have more ahead, we’re going to have to get legal stuff done.
