Can we let go of the word “lazy” already? Growing up my dad made it seem like it was literally one of the worst things you can be. He doesn’t believe in mental illnesses or anything like that so I just don’t talk to him anymore. No point 🤷🏻♀️
I feel like that might be partly to blame why I still have a hard time genuinely relaxing at all because I feel like I always need to be ✨doing something✨
