Here in L.A., my ballot was automatically mailed to me already, as it is for all registered voters. I can return it by mail at any time in the no postage required envelope, or vote in person if I so chose.

Meanwhile, in so many other states, voters have to stand for hours outside in all weather conditions just to vote.

Not rocket science to understand which states want all eligible voters to vote and which don't.
