Whether intentional or not, there is misrepresentation or at least a failure of conveying useful information to users.

I can tell you from first account experience that tons of users don't understand that all of Muun's funds are held on-chain.

Heck I've seen my fair share of users claiming to use it "just to receive on lightning and then move them off to an on-chain wallet".

I don't care how many blog posts they have or that their code is available. This should be super clear: muun is an on-chain wallet.
