As the Strattera wears off after 4 hours, my brain’s processing speed gets really slow and the smallest things feel hard.

I’m quite amazed I managed to do any amount of functioning with no ADHD med working, heavily tranq’d, and a traumatic brain injury.

Does this happen with other ADHD’ers? Where your brain crashes when the ADHD med wears off?
