I ride past an area where people (frequently, illegally) let their dogs off the leash and today I got chased by someone's pittie. It followed my about two blocks and kept up with my #ebike at about 20mph.

Somebody reading this right now thinks their dog is a special magic snowflake pup who would never do something like this when let loose, but someone needs to tell you that you're WRONG.

I love dogs but I will be carrying pepper spray now for both out of control humans and out of control dogs. #cycling #safety
