Great story. Golf has always been a big part of my childhood as well. I used to ride my pedal bike to the golf course and play everyday in summer. I managed to hit a hold-in-one when I was 10, the first time I ever hit the par 3 green over the creek. There was a lot of hope that I was going to be some sort of special golfer. When I got my drivers I switch to motorcycle and stopped progressing. At 38 now, I probably golf worse than I did when I was 10, but I enjoy it just the same. This very morning I had my 9 and 7 year old daughters at the range to start them down a similar path. I hope it sticks!
