Sometimes I'm a narcissist. Narcissism is not self love, it's terrorizing insecurity. It's trying to control life and everyone in it into complete exhaustion. Usually narcissists don't heal. Facing a flaw in yourself is mind breaking when you're a narcissist. Communicating a problem in you is showing vulnerability to loved ones and giving them more control and influence in situations. It's hard as fuck. I lived a life abused by narcissists. I do everything I can to be the best person I can be.
