Spent most of the afternoon either gossiping or saying goodbye to a lovely colleague whose off to new pastures (while gossiping, naturally.)

There's more changes / restructures afoot and I'm hoping they'll just let us have a rest until the new year and not start expecting us to be all bright eyed and enthusiastic in deepest, darkest winter. It just isn't going to happen.
