But the relevant comparison here is between two Moons observed at least one month apart. There's no scenario in which someone can perceive (let alone remember) such a tiny relative difference. People even swear they've noticed a super Moon to be larger than the night before/after despite their sizes being identical in this case. It's just a bias.
