Because I got into so much trouble financially about a decade ago, that I haven't even bothered to try and get someone to credit/lend/lease me anything because they wouldn't bother either...

So I never spend money I don't have. Ever. I don't even think I have a credit score anymore.

So someone with normal American spending habits scares the shit out of me.
