Labour has announced immediate reviews of the state of the NHS finances & the shape (and extent) of Tory public spending commitments before announcing fiscal or health policies.
This is very much a taking of breath before (no doubt) expecting to face down some demands for immediate & extensive public spending.
When these reports are in we will start to get an idea of what Rachel Reeves (really) intends on fiscal probity... & whether (again) fiscal rules will be revised...
