It is just how a plane should look. But I'm especially fond of them because my Dad worked for Douglas and he worked on many of them. His fingerprints could very well be somewhere on that plane. He also had great postwar C-47 stories. Especially the one he would hitch rides on flying back-and-forth from White Sands, NM, to LA to see my Mom. I'm especially liking the photos I'm seeing because they are not turbo conversions.
