I currently provide a platform as a service that allows you to build out your case management system and maintain compliance with hippa regulations , I have been exploring building a hybrid system where my system is connected to a backend system running in nostr , since my system is licensed based on how many documents you manage and its unlimited users , figure why not build a system that takes those pricy stored documents and makes them available in a relay system you run in multiple locations .
