Ok, with a prompt pushing me to think about this, I'd like to own/co-own a record store coffee shop with a small stage for intimate live music, poetry readings, sharing of passions. And maybe a multi use space for art displays, or classes, or co-working. A space and business that helps foster community and is a true third place.
