I responded to a government survey earlier this year about river access RE: a section of river in my area. The boat launches are in terrible, unsafe condition and there simply isn't enough of them to accomodate the current traffic; river recreation is much more popular here than it ever was.
The management plan finally came out and ... wow. Something modern and functional? In this area!?
Here's hoping the local yokels don't shoot it down.
