Today's eggsperiment:

8 farm fresh eggs
1 cup 4% cottage cheese
2 uncured beef franks
Salt
Pepper
Smoked paprika
Shredded Cheese

Blend until smooth, pour into olive oil coated 8x8" baking pan, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

30 minutes @ 350º F

Result: satisfying. 😛
