i mean, you could say it doesn't have to be south korean, but hardly anyone in nato bothered with this type of weapons until recently, somehow stupidly believing in the restrictions on these weapons based on later cold war treaties in response of the late 70's missile crisis (which was like so near-war-ish bad they came to an agreement on weapon restrictions)
