"content": "Global group chat is covered in the spec by the _ room, which is a cool thing that could be a good fit for other use cases. I may eventually try to split unmanaged groups into a separate NIP, but I'm taking baby steps in the meantime since my past PRs got rejected because they were too complex for people to bother to read.",
