I had an unexpectedly gourmet meal today, at least by my usual "make a pot of glop in the Instant Pot and eat it for a week" standards.
Today I was canning the bone broth from the Thanksgiving turkey carcass and I had about a quart left over that wouldn't fit in my canner. So I brought it to a boil and cooked an 8oz box of fancy imported mushroom-and-cheese dried tortellini in it. Literally a two-ingredient meal (broth, tortellini) but it was SO DAMN GOOD.
