I've made my submission, and asked to speak to the select committee when it's in session.

My submission may be narrow, but if enough people submit a narrow submission we'll cover the ground nicely. And I thought I should speak to the committee because it will be, in many respects, a numbers game. We need to be sure those speaking against the bill clearly outnumber those in favour.
