Yep. I have a sub to the WSJ, so read the entire article. Most of the relatives they interviewed - who live in the US - plus other co-workers can't even speak English. One co-worker they talked to had been working for the construction company for 14 years and he STILL doesn't speak English.
I felt sorry for those people yesterday, but today's a different day.
