thanks, Galaxy 8 was decent for its day but the scope was a Swarovski so that did all the "zooming" in that particular image...

i just traded it in for a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra-- much better camera but more for portraits, street, product photography, it won't do much for wild birds

one thing abt Samsung Galaxies is rain, humidity, dust resistance (my husband's work has him use them for that reason since they go into factories but it's also good for humid/wet climates)
