So you know that there are legal problems with content, specifically the kind folks upload with nudity, which I think you want moderated. The illegal kinds of nudity if you catch my drift, but also consent.
I'm lucky enough now to work on constrained systems, so we just don't auto-approve uploads, or take them from any tom, dick or harry. Uploads got to a prefix of a non public resource, which only gets made public, via a separate action.
