We’ve heard reports of people attempting to backburn around their properties as a means of protecting it from fire. A fire ban is in place for the majority of the state and we cannot risk anyone putting more fire into the landscape.
People who start fires risk creating an emergency situation & may put themselves, their property & others in danger.
