Didn't even know what the word meant until recently. I'm older now, and I've done the "meeting with folks before" thing. Nothing really works.

I don't know that folks knew consciously or had a list of my autistic traits, unfortunately. They just don't like me and it drives them crazy. It's been a lifelong affliction.
