I upgraded my llm-anthropic plugin to use their new API feature where you can pass URLs to images and PDFs (as opposed to embedding them as base64 in JSON) and in testing it got a great result from Claude 3.7 Sonnet against this 1900 newspaper scan from the Library of Congress
