Mushihimesama Futari was actually one of those rare instances where the game was NTSC-J but was actually a region free release so you could play the game on any region xbox.
Espgaluda 2 standard edition was the same way and I think Muchi Muchi Pork and Pink Sweets.
Sadly all other cave shooters physical were region locked. You could get Deathsmiles IIX and Under Defeat HD through digital games on demand purchases. but UD : HD got a physical PAL release.
Actually another exception is Dodonpachi : Ressurection. If you get the PAL version of that game itś region free and will also play on a NTSC-U xbox 360
