Those usually get an “Uuuh, that link is paywalled” comment but rarely do they get the sort of “I’ve just imagined a comment in your own post and in the linked article that I’m angry about” reply I’m talking about.
Don’t forget, they also keep imagining commentary on MY part in posts that literally just quote the headline with no commentary and that imagined version of me is all over the place with no consistency
