i'm really glad i got out of social media crud and communications for about a dozen different reasons but the arrival of AI makes the at-all fun part of that job obsolete to the people that write budgets and make decisions, even if humans do more interesting and higher quality work they just don't always care

no idea where i want to go next, tho. being in tech right now is like trying to make decisions in a hotel swimming pool that has random sprinklers come on and blast your eyes with chlorine
