My husband and I went to brunch for his birthday today and passed a homeless man sleeping under a doorway. He had a bike parked next to him with some grocery bags of food hanging from the handle bars.

After brunch, on the way back to our car, we saw a dude steal that man's bike and food and ride off with it while on another bike. My husband pursued him on foot, but he sped off around a corner and we lost him.

People can be so shitty, and I hate that we all have to just live with it.
