I just don’t understand how you can look at the results from people getting on the #carnivore diet and then try to say that natural sugar is good, a balanced diet works, or any of this other nonsense. Those things are all deviations from the optimal diet that you just like because it tastes yummy and hits your dopamine receptors. Just own it, say you like it, and it’s worth the trade off. Stop with the fake science justification for yummy things that are closer to addiction than nutrition.
