How to test ULWGL in Lutris (real Proton support with pressure-vessel)

* git clone https://github.com/open-wine-components/ULWGL-launcher ~/.local/share/lutris/runtime/ulwgl
* Download GE-Proton8-27 with ProtonUp-Qt
* Run Lutris from the latest git code
* Change the wine version of a game to GE-Proton8-27 in the game's runner config and launch the game
* The game will run with Proton and Pressure Vessel!

Known limitations:
- no support for 32bit prefixes
- no support for .lnk shortcuts
