Good people can do harm only because they are misinformed, therefore everybody should be concerned about not misleading others. Like voting and unlike the days when mass media dominated, our participation now in social media gives us great collective power and responsibility to decide what information and ideas spread.
Anybody should be able to reach out to anybody about what gets posted anywhere, but nobody should feel threatened. We need clarity on this outreach.
