I have all of his hot salts, rubs, and sauces. I like the very hot (reaper and ghost salts, hurt me sauce, etc) but the best balanced hot salt IMO is the Thai chili hot salt. Depth of flavor and good heat, great on anything.
Also, grab a jar of the hot dust and put it on popcorn. amazing!
You will love his stuff.
