Quick question for anyone that has had a Sovol SV01 Pro: did you have any heat creep and/or issues with filament grinding in the extruder? My youngest son has had a number of jams that required me to take apart the extruder to undo. I can attest he's not doing anything wrong.
I have noticed softening near the entrance to the hotend suggesting the heat sink is not quite doing its job. The fan is blowing air on the heat sink as it should, not blowing out.
