If they are kept after some time, I imagine those to be relay accounts associated with a certain theme - global news, human rights, well-being - something wherein there’d be a fee for archival.

It seems like Nostr steps away from a person being an influencer and focuses more on users so if some people wanted their events endlessly - that would take some #NoodlingOnNostr like you’re doing 😊

Most people would just accept deletion as is so long as the expectation is laid out early; auto delete after X time.
