Slightly pissed off that I couldn't get a seaview room in a hotel I was eyeing in Penang, so in vengeance, I booked a room in a boutique hotel I was eyeing for the longest time.
It doesn't make any logical sense, but at least the credit card gods are happy today.
ps: hotel is Muntri Grove. Always wanted to try it but the noisy area put me off. I always have coffee there in the morning if I could. I thought I could sacrifice one night of sleep to try it out.
