Agreed 💯. LaCosaNostr Podcast (npub1q5v…3qmd) as qna (npub15c8…ssvx) said you are early to the game and you have a huge opportunity in front of you to be a known person in your given niche. Their is millions of #Bitcoin up for grabs and I wholeheartedly believe the next rags to riches success stories will be created right here on the #nostr protocol, whether influencer or entrepreneur. This place is special!
Create valuable and informative content that you find meaning in, people will eventually find your content and share in its value with you. Take part in the ecosystem, talk with people as the community is chill and friendly even if they might disagree with you, in my experience. Also don't get discouraged, especially if your building from the ground up and haven't brought over followers from legacy social media, just interact with other and build relationships with other #plebs.
For the podcast, as others have said try to stick to Nostr content or frame it so it's Nostr centric. If your struggling for material one idea would be interview personalities on Nostr and ask them their experience about it, what they saw in Nostr/why they joined, where they see the protocol evolving into, what their experience is like running a business on Nostr if applicable, etc. Sure some might decline, but others might be happy to interview on your podcast. Another idea would be major trending news on Nostr that you could talk about for 15 mins and the segue into the main topic. Full disclosure, I haven't listened to all your episodes so if your already doing the above please disregard.
