There are vegan bakeries that produce very tasty goods. I have no idea how. I had vegan doughnuts from a place in Fort Worth a while back that were outstanding. But I live a couple of hours away from any such establishment and their products are crazily expensive.
I found a recipe for blueberry crumble bars and I'm going to substitute coconut oil for butter. Pray for me.
